My passion
My passion is: to help people reveal the gift that is the uniqueness of their being. with their light finally at home, they can take their rightful place in the family, at work and in society, making a positive impact. We all have something specific and beautiful to contribute.
What I value
I care about people. I care about other than human beings. I care about mother earth and nature. I care about the world we live in. And I feel committed to taking responsibility for the privileges that are mine and those of my ancestors, to heal the past in my own small way. In this way, I hope to contribute to healing the imbalances in society so that everyone can take their rightful place.
My path
Since I was a child, four things have been essential to me: healing, art, spirituality and connection.
My approach is holistic
The balance of our well-being and health finds its roots in the physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, as well as transgenerational and collective domains. Western society tends to view healing as an individual process. However, we are part of a whole. I propose to accompany you, step by step, to heal what needs to be healed, in order to regain natural balance.
I am an ally
As an emotional therapist and trauma-sensitive coach, I take my place as a conscious ally. As a white, heterosexual woman, I recognise my privileges: a rich, multicultural upbringing, freedom of movement and easy access to opportunities. Although I do not have direct experience of people from minorities or the global majority, I am aware of these realities and approach them with humility, commitment and respect. I aspire to create an inclusive space for healing. I want to learn from the other in order to adjust my language. My intention is to support social harmony so that each individual can flourish and occupy the place that fully honours their being.
Meditation
I've been practising meditation every day for over 30 years. Sometimes I've spent long months in Nepal or India meditating alone or in a group; letting go of what I identify with and regenerating myself in the presence of what is. For me, meditation is not only a way of cultivating the presence and heart of everything - peace - but also a way of anchoring the light of the soul, the intelligence of our essence. It is, in a way, the setting where the drop of innovation can land - it is where the impulse to make a positive impact on the world is born. It is the birthplace, if we so wish, of our social commitment.
Where do I live
I am French and live in the Netherlands. I grew up in a multi-cultural environment. This has enabled me to develop a deep sensitivity and understanding of cultural differences and to appreciate the magnificent richness that diversity brings.
