2. Purpose
These terms and conditions define the rights and obligations of Alexandra Kalinine and her clients.
They apply to all services offered: individual sessions, online programmes, meditation courses, as well as courses, workshops and retreats, whether in person or remotely.
These services are aimed at personal development, emotional and nervous system regulation, meditation practice and inner transformation.
3. Acceptance of the general terms and conditions
Any booking, participation or order implies full and complete acceptance of these terms and conditions.
When purchasing online, confirmation of payment and ticking the box confirm the customer's agreement.
In the case of registration by email, voice message or bank transfer, confirmation of participation or payment also constitutes acceptance.
4. Pricing and payment terms
Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). Payments can be made by credit card (via Stripe), bank transfer or other means specified on the website. Once payment has been received, registration becomes final. Therefore, no access to any service will be granted without full payment.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the terms and conditions of withdrawal differ depending on the nature of the service.
Therefore, each type of support therefore has specific conditions.
For online programmes, including videos, meditations or downloadable materials, the customer expressly acknowledges that immediate access to the content results in the loss of the right of withdrawal.
Once payment has been confirmed, an access link is sent. From that moment onwards, no refunds are possible.
Furthermore, individual remote sessions are subject to a legal withdrawal period of fourteen days from the date of order, provided that the session has not yet taken place.
When the session is scheduled before the end of this period, confirmation of the date constitutes a waiver of this right.
In addition, cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the appointment.
Beyond this time, the session is payable in full.
Finally, courses, retreats and face-to-face workshops take into account the commitments made for booking the venue and logistical preparation.
Cancellations made more than 60 days before the start date will be refunded at 50%.
After this deadline, no refunds will be possible.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, participants may suggest another person to take their place, subject to the prior agreement of Alexandra Kalinine.
Thank you for your understanding.
In this way, these conditions guarantee the stability of the group, the viability of the course and the fulfilment of commitments made to the host venues.
6. Cancellation and postponement
a) By the client
An individual session may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the appointment at no charge. After this deadline, the full amount is due, except in cases of force majeure.
b) By the service provider
In the event of a major impediment (illness, emergency, or other force majeure situation), Alexandra Kalinine reserves the right to postpone or cancel a service. In this case, a new date will be proposed, or the full amount of the session will be refunded.
7. Liability
The support offered is part of a process of personal development, emotional regulation and nervous system regulation. It supports awareness, presence and inner balance. These approaches are in no way a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric care.
Each participant remains fully responsible for their commitment, their physical, emotional and mental state, as well as their decisions and interpretations following the work carried out.
Alexandra Kalinine undertakes to provide a safe and supportive environment, but cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of information, practices or experiences gained during the coaching sessions.
8. Emotional sensitivity and personal commitment
The guidance offered (individual sessions, programmes, courses and retreats) may bring up intense emotions, memories or sensations. Each participant is invited to welcome these experiences with kindness and to respect their inner limits.
Participation in these spaces requires:
- a normal emotional resilience,
- a willingness to explore one's inner experience in a safe and respectful environment,
- the freedom to stop or ask for additional support at any time if necessary.
Alexandra Kalinine's suggestions are not a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic support. It is up to each participant to assess whether they have the stability and support necessary to engage in this type of process.
9. Intellectual property
All shared content – texts, audio meditations, videos, educational materials, blog articles, visuals, logos – is protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, distribution or use for commercial purposes without the prior written authorisation of Alexandra Kalinine is strictly prohibited.
10. Protection of personal data (GDPR)
The data collected (name, email address, contact details) is used solely for administrative purposes, communication and service monitoring.
It is not transferred or sold to third parties.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), every individual has the right to access, rectify and delete their data, which can be exercised by email: [email protected].
11- Force majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for any breach due to an external, unforeseeable and unavoidable event that renders the normal performance of the contract impossible.
The following are considered cases of force majeure: pandemics, natural disasters, fires, armed conflicts, government decisions, general strikes or transport blockades, as well as interruptions to essential services (electricity, internet, etc.).
In the event of a strike or disruption affecting transport, several situations may arise:
When a participant is unable to attend the course even though it is still running, Alexandra Kalinine cannot be held liable. The course fee remains payable.
The course fee remains payable. If the service provider or the majority of the group is unable to reach the venue, the course will be postponed or rescheduled at no additional cost to participants. A new date or another format (in-person or online) will be proposed.
Finally, if postponement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
In the case of online services, strikes or external disruptions that do not affect digital transmission do not constitute force majeure. However, in the event of a major technical problem (widespread internet failure, platform outage), a new date or new access will be offered at no extra cost.
12. Litigation and applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law and applicable European law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. If no agreement can be reached, the Dutch courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
