Practice group Transparent Communication
Transparent Communication stems from the teachings from Thomas Hübl.
In order to address personal, ancestral and collective traumas, we must first grow our vessel. In this practice group, we will develop basic skills with like-minded people in a caring and stimulating environment. The field of sustained practice within a group allows collective learning to emerge.
Developing a trauma-informed culture
This approach involves incorporating knowledge about trauma into our practice, so as to create a safe environment for service users and provide them with the care and services they need based on their past experiences.
The skills we will be developing
The key skills here are presence, active listening, attunement, the ability to witness and transparent communication.
In a practice group, we evolve through meditation, self-regulation and co-regulation, a deeper expression of our authenticity and the intimacy of our connection with the divine.
We learn to apply them in our daily lives and to deal with the challenges that naturally arise in the process.
Transparent Communication
It allows you to develop interpersonal skills. It's not a solitary activity, but one that involves relationships with others and everyday life.
How can we relate to others in a way that allows us to awaken - individually and collectively? How can we together create a space of presence where we can, respecting the rhythm of each person and of the collective, bring to light what was unconscious at the time and is now repeating itself?
We will be exploring these questions, taking into account the experience, pace and richness of each individual.
What will we do?
- Together, we will co-create a space that encourages presence, awareness and integration.
- A setting will be created to give everyone the security they need to be able to practise;
- We will be guided in a meditation to anchor and synchronise our body, our emotions and our mind (the practice of the 3 synchronisations);
- Claude or I will develop a point of Transparent Communication or other teaching of Thomas;
- Participants will be directed to breakout rooms to practise the points raised in small groups.
- We'll end the session by sharing in the large group, for those who wish to do so, in the knowledge that every voice counts and matters.
The evening of the third Monday of the month from 6.30 to 8pm (with the exception of the January and June sessions, which will take place 1 week later). The meetings will take place on: 16 September, 21 October, 18 November and 16 December 2024, and 27 January, 17 February, 17 March, 21 April, 19 May and 23 June 2025.
It's free! It's the way Claude and I give back to the community.
The Pocket Project is a non-profit organisation dedicated to developing a trauma-informed culture of care. Its mission is to contribute to the global movement to restore fundamental health and dignity.
