Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions set out the arrangements applicable to all services offered by Alexandra Kalinine. They are intended to offer clarity, transparency and security.

2. Purpose
These terms define the rights and obligations relating to: individual sessions, online programmes, meditation cycles, courses, workshops and retreats, in person or remotely.
3. Acceptance
Any booking, participation or order implies full and complete acceptance of these terms.
4. Rates and payment
Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes. Payments are made by bank card (via Stripe), bank transfer or another means specified on the site. Once payment is received, the registration becomes final.
5. Right of withdrawal
Online programmes: Immediate access to the content entails the loss of the right of withdrawal.
Remote individual sessions: Legal period of 14 days as long as the session has not taken place. Cancellation possible up to 48h before the appointment.
Courses and retreats: Cancellation > 60 days before: 50% refund. After this period, no refund.
6. Cancellation and rescheduling
By the client: Cancellation up to 48h before at no charge. Beyond that, the session is payable in full.
By the provider: In the event of a major impediment, a new date will be proposed or the amount refunded.
7. Liability
This guidance is part of a process of personal development. It in no way replaces medical, psychological or psychiatric care.
8. Emotional sensitivity
Participation assumes a normal capacity for emotional resilience and the willingness to explore one's inner experience within a framework of safety and respect.
9. Intellectual property
All shared content is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.
10. Data protection (GDPR)
Data is neither transferred nor resold. Right of access, rectification and erasure: [email protected]
11. Force majeure
Neither party may be held responsible for a failure due to an external, unforeseeable and irresistible event.
12. Disputes and applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law and European law. In the event of a dispute, the Dutch courts will have jurisdiction.
